Review: lovely skirt..I'm a UK 13 (I know there's no such size!) but I'm either a 12 0r 14 depending on where I buy from...this skirt is perfect but I would say that if your 14 always you might want to size up. the skirt has stretch but the waistband not so much. I'm 5ft 3 and this is just above the knee. like if it helps!!
